From fold to flight

Fold A4. Clip the module. Fly. Nothing complicated.

The kit brings power, remote, and a spare prop. You bring a sheet of A4 and the jet you want to see in the air.

Power your paper plane
  • 01

    Fold your own A4 jet

Use A4 paper, 80–100 gsm. Any design you like. Paper not included.

  • 02

    Mount the power module

Fit the lightweight frame under the fold. Charge the battery with the USB cable. The screwdriver is in the kit.

  • 03

    Steer with the remote

Take the included controller outside. Ages 6 and up, with an adult nearby.

Every part you can see does a job

1

Compact frame

The module sits about 11 by 7 cm under the paper, so the wings stay the star.

2

Landing gear

Wheels on the lightweight frame help the jet roll out a landing instead of a belly flop.

Dual props

Two propellers push the fold forward and help you steer from the remote.

Included remote

The controller in the kit is how you send thrust and turns once the battery is on.

Backyard reports

They folded it. Then they flew it.

We used to toss paper darts that died after one arc. This weekend we folded a fighter from printer paper, clipped the module, and my kid actually steered it down the yard. Gyro keeps it from wobbling as much as I expected. Spare prop in the box was smart — we nicked one on a fence.

Took me a couple of folds to get the paper sitting clean on the frame. Once it was on, the dual props made it feel like a tiny plane, not a glider. Remote is simple. Battery charged on USB while we ate lunch. Wish the paper came in the kit, but folding our own is half the fun.

Dad let me fold the jet with markers on A4. Wheels made the landing less of a crash. I held the remote with him standing right there. It went farther than any plane I threw by hand. We flew it on the driveway after school.

I keep A4 in a drawer, so this was an easy Saturday project. Module is small enough that the paper still looks like a plane. Built-in gyro helped on a breezy afternoon. We’ve had it three weeks and swap designs whenever we want a new jet.

Fold vs fly

Same paper. Commanded flight.

You still fold A4. The kit adds thrust, steering, gear, and a gyro a hand-toss cannot give.

Keep the fold you already know. Add electric power under the wings.
